智能健康随访包 开启医疗新模式

　　为提高公共卫生服务水平，提升服务质量，区卫健系统为全区基层医疗机构按照服务人口比例配备了智慧化随访设备—随访包。该设备配备了平板电脑、身份证识别器、血糖仪、血压计等设备，通过信息化手段，可以实现诊间和出诊时信息采集及时上传，进一步提高家庭医生为居民建立健康档案和慢性病患者随访等服务的规范性。
