由于医院体检信息是独立的数据库,同时根据医院的要求以及数据管理上的一致性,体检信息系统的信息必须要能在HIS数据库中体现出来。具体体现在以下几个方面:

1)病人的基本信息。病人来体检中心登记,录入病人的基本信息,这时体检信息系统在保存数据的同时还要存取一份数据HIS数据库中,这样在医院数据中病人主索引记录也就存在了体检信息中的数据,在日后进行数据统计,例如工作量统计中就能保持数据的准确性。

3)收费信息。体检信息系统中的收费项目必须与HIS中价表的数据保持一致,一旦HIS数据库中价表信息发生变化,相应的体检信息系统中的价表信息也要随之改变。在体检信息系统中生成的收费信息也必须回传HIS数据库中利于医院财务部门统计。由于收费信息涉及到结账等信息,在HIS中与费用相关的数据比较复杂,我院应用HIS的收费程序去进行收费。收费完成后标记一个收费完成标识,体检信息系统获得这个标识后再进行病人进行体检流程服务。

Once the price list information in HIS database changes, the price list information in the corresponding medical examination information system will also change. The charging information generated in the physical examination information system must also be returned to the HIS database for the hospital financial department to make statistics. 4)病人就诊记录信息。病人在体检中心的一次体检记录,对医院而言,相当于一次门诊工作量,为了更好的统计工作量,做好统计决策工作,病人的每一次体检记录映射到HIS数据库中的一次就诊信息。这样也就保证了数据的一致性。

In order to better count the workload and make statistical decisions, each physical examination record of a patient is mapped to a visit information in the HIS database. 2.2体检信息系统与LIS系统的链接

医院所有的信息都要存储到HIS数据库中去,所以检验申请信息要先传送给HIS数据库,LIS再从HIS数据库中提取走相关信息,待检验结果出来后,回传给HIS数据库。体检信息系统在这里建有一个LIS接口模块,在后台服务器上运行去监控回传的数据,一旦发现有体检中心的结果数据,及时提取保存,也实现了数据的实时性。

HIS与PACS得链接基本类似,但是由于PACS存取的是大量的图片信息,在保证数据流程不变的情况下,PACS的影象信息仍旧存在于原PACS数据库中,只有检查的文字结果信息回传体检信息系统。在体检报告中所附的影像图片仍旧来源于PACS信息系统。
The links of HIS and PACS are basically similar. However, since PACS accesses a large amount of picture information, the image information of PACS still exists in the original PACS database under the condition that the data flow remains unchanged, and only the text result information of the check is returned to the medical examination information system. The images attached at the end of the physical examination report are still from the PACS information system.
