健康小屋建立健康指导团队，健康小屋基于我市智慧社区“健康小屋”，联合我院大学生创新创业基地，建立专门的健康指导团队。统一培训跨理论模型健康教育方法，以保证社区健康指导顺利进行。

健康小屋对照组干预方法 社区居民采取传统健康教育方法，由健康指导团队的学生对社区居民进行健康体检知识的宣传，宣传内容包括健康体检的好处和基本知识、健康体检的间隔时间、目前病谱的变化、常见慢性病的基本知识、健康生活方式等，共干预 2 次。

The publicity contents included the benefits and basic knowledge of health examination, the interval of health examination, the changes of current disease spectrum, the basic knowledge of common chronic diseases, healthy lifestyle, etc. for a total of 2 interventions.

评估：健康小屋干预前研究者根据自行设计的社区居民健康体检行为调查表，评估研究对象所处的行为变化阶段，并找到其不愿体检的原因。

采取 5 级评分法，0 分为没有，且目前不想体检；1 分为没有，将来打算去做；2 分为有，并准备去做；3 分为曾经体检过，但没有定期去；

4 分为已经定期去体检。得分≤3 分为前意向阶段，4~7 分为意向阶段，8~11 分为准备阶段，12~15 分为行动阶段，≥分为维持阶段。量表经反复预实验，并进行咨询，效度为 0.80，信度为 0.86。
